About the Festival

Barcelona Boro Fest is the city’s first festival dedicated to the mesmerizing art of flame‑worked glass.

More than just an event, it’s a grassroots celebration built by and for the glass art community - no corporate sponsors, no competitions, just real people coming together to share creativity, culture, and connection.

For three days in March 2026, Sant Andreu will transform into a vibrant hub of artistry and collaboration.

Timed with the energy of Spannabis season, the festival welcomes locals and travelers alike to experience glassblowing up close, alongside music, street art and shared moments.

🔥 What to Expect

• Live glassblowing by 25+ artists from Spain, Germany, USA, Brazil, and beyond

• A vendor market with handmade goods, art, and tools

• Chill sesh areas for community hangs

• Street art zone with live painting and installations

• Entertainment to keep the energy flowing

• Food court with vegan, gluten‑free, and specialty coffee options

🤝 Our Vision

Barcelona Boro Fest was founded to fill a gap: a public, accessible celebration of glassblowing that inspires both seasoned flame workers and curious newcomers. By collaborating with local glass schools and inviting international artists, we aim to spark lasting interest in this craft and build a foundation for future festivals.
